Returns:
Returned merchandise must be accompanied with invoice copy and will be credited to your account. No returns or allowances for items purchased over 30 days prior to return. There will be a 10% charge for restocking. The States of Illinois and Wisconsin prohibit us from accepting returned foam. No returns on special orders. There will be a 10% cutting fee on returns for any material that has been cut in addition to the 10% restocking fee.
Pricing:
Title of goods does not pass until goods are paid in full. Prices are subject to change without notice per market fluctuations. All guarantees, warranties, etc. are handled through their respective manufacturers. DLT Corporation is not responsible for any types of guarantees, warranties, etc. DLT Corporation would be happy to help facilitate any claims with their respective manufacturers on behalf of the customer.
Payment Options:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, personal/business checks and cash. Our website only accepts major credit cards and debit cards.
Miscellaneous Charges:
Delinquent open accounts are charged 18% APR or 1.5% a month on the outstanding balance and subject to C.O.D. status without notice after 40 days past due. There will be a $25.00 charge on returned checks plus all legal fees and other costs. No additional credit will be allowed on delinquent accounts.
Shipping:
We offer a delivery truck to selected areas with a flat fee per order. Delivery truck minimum order is $75.00 with free truck delivery on orders over $250.00. Please call before 4pm (CST) on the day before the truck will be in your delivery area. UPS is our preferred parcel shipping company. Spee-Dee services are also available in limited areas. We will also be happy to send via LTL freight if order size allows.
Order Delivery:
Orders received before 3:00pm (CST) will be shipped that same day.

Please note that due to computer monitor, scanner, camera, and other variations, all colors represented on this website are for the sole purpose of demonstration of products, and we can not guarantee that the color represented via our website is a true representation of the actual color of the product purchased. Be mindful of the product you are looking for, and understand that if the color of the actual product differs from color on the website we will charge a restocking fee for returned products.
